The ICCR has developed a new scholarship portal named A2A (‘Admission to Alumni’). All applications are to be submitted online on the link provided at: www.a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in. The applicants are registered first before they can start the online application. Instructions and policy guidelines for applicants are available at: www.a2ascholarships.iccr.gov.in.

The portal has all relevant information available for students including names and details of all State and Central Universities of India and Institutes and Colleges affiliated with them, information like availability of hostels, availability of various academic courses, guidelines, eligibility criteria etc. In order to streamline the grievances redressal mechanism for ICCR sponsored foreign students, a Helpline email id: studenthelpline.iccr@gov.in has been created to address the grievances of such students.

The applications may be uploaded in the ICCR portal with all the relevant supporting documents by Monday, 12 February 2018 to enable the High Commission of India, Pretoria to scrutinise them before forwarding them to ICCR.
